Today we bring you the Google account unlock of a somewhat old mobile phone, a Moto E5 Play. The password was entered incorrectly several times, and it automatically formatted itself. Specifically, some Motorola models, but not all of them, do this. Within the wide family of Android mobile phones, the vast majority, when you enter the wrong password too many times, disable further attempts for a period of time, but very few actually format themselves and become locked with accounts.
UNLOCKING
1- We have already done this several times, so we are quite familiar with this model. To unlock it, we will use our UMT tool, which is an unlocking box that we have activated. Its activation is paid annually, with a cost of around 22 USDT, approximately 21,000 pesos in my country's currency, which is quite profitable if we use it frequently for our work.
We connect it to the PC and open the software in the GSM module. There are several modules, depending on the processor, that can be used with this tool: MTK, SPD, QUALCOMM, SAMSUNG. As mentioned, we will use the International GSM module, which is used for multiple functions, but is generally intended for working with older phones like ours. Once opened, we select the Motorola QC tab.
2- Now we will put our phone into Fastboot mode. To do this, we press Power and Volume Down. Once we are on the screen for this mode, we connect it to the PC using the USB cable.
3- We now go to our tool and press the button that says New FRP. The software will begin its work, and the phone will restart three times until the account is permanently removed.
4- When the process finishes, the software itself puts the phone into Fastboot mode again. We then open the Moto Flashes tool and press the button that says Disable Common Server. This is also typical of these older Motorola phones. When a phone is locked with a Google account and you remove it, if you do not perform this final process, even though the phone is already unlocked, it will not charge or get network coverage. This is the reason why we have to perform this Disable Common Server process. Once you do this, the phone restarts, and when it turns on, everything is completely functional.

Algo típico también de estos Motorolas antiguos. Cuando se bloquea con cuenta de Google y se las quitas, si no le haces este proceso final, aunque el móvil está ya desbloqueado, no cargará ni cogerá cobertura. Es la razón por la que hay que hacerle este proceso de Disable Common Server. Cuando se lo haces, el teléfono se reinicia, y al encender ya todo está completamente funcional.
