The northern goshawk ( Accipiter gentilis)
I barely had time to photograph this formidable predator. He just flew past the field.

The mallard or wild duck (Anas platyrhynchos)
There, on the field, near the river, I saw a flock of ducks. And I think they took off from the water when they saw the goshawk from the previous photo.

The common cuckoo (Cuculus canorus)
And in May in this place you can meet cuckoos. But the fact is that there are very few tall trees here, and cuckoos move from tree to tree, and I managed to photograph this cuckoo in flight.

The Eurasian hobby (Falco subbuteo)
This predator lives from year to year in one place in the forest near the river, but it can only be photographed high in the sky.

The common starling or European starling (Sturnus vulgaris)
And this, I was able to take a photo of the autumn migration of starlings. They flew in large flocks across the city.

The green sandpiper (Tringa ochropus)
Different types of sandpipers love to relax on the seasonal lake. However, it is very difficult to get close to them silently because of the landscape and thickets. Therefore, as soon as they hear a rustle, these birds soar into the sky.

The common buzzard (Buteo buteo)
I know one place in my favorite forest where these predators live year after year. Adult birds fly very high, looking for small rodents on the edges, while young birds sit in trees.
