Cinnamon Hummingbird

Cinnamon Hummingbird - Amazilia rutila

Like most hummingbirds, the Cinnamon Hummingbird is territorial and defends its feeding sites from intrusion by other hummingbirds, butterflies, and bees. They are fast moving and fierce warriors!

They have a narrow distribution area in Mexico, seeming to prefer living near the coasts.

I'm not certain what these beautiful yellow flowering shrubs are. When I tried to look them up there were many that were all similar.
