The dictation
In the European school, dictation is understood to be a text that is read aloud to check spelling skills, that is, a transcription of something spoken.
I found dictations to be unnecessary lame time wasters. However, I remember one very special dictation in German class.
I just wrote what came to my mind. My little tale about what I could do rather than follow this time waster. All out of boredom to listen (but also because I was already then a rebel), in full knowledge that I would explain afterwards to my parents a zero work ...
But it turned out differently than I thought. When the corrected work was returned to us the next day, the teacher not only gave me back the sheet of paper, but also a big fat smile.
Ha, on it was a top grade, with the note: This rebel knows how to choose his words and write them down in correct grammar. When I raised my head and looked the teacher in the eye, she just kept smiling at me.
Long story short - Conclusion of my telling:
Whatever educational system you will be confronted with, always follow your heart, even if this is "normally" seen as uncivilized and rebellious. The people who understand what is "going on" will always answer you with a smile and their support. What more can we wish for than this?
La dictée
Dans l'école européenne, la dictée s'entend comme un texte lu à haute voix pour vérifier l'orthographe, c'est-à-dire comme la transcription d'un texte parlé.
J'ai trouvé que les dictées étaient des pertes de temps inutiles. Cependant, je me souviens d'une dictée très spéciale en cours d'allemand.
J'ai écrit tout ce qui me passait par la tête. Ma petite histoire sur ce que je pourrais faire au lieu de suivre cette perte de temps. Tout cela par ennui d'écouter (mais aussi parce que j'étais déjà un rebelle à l'époque), pleinement conscient que j'allais expliquer un travail nul à mes parents par la suite ...
Mais les choses se sont passées différemment de ce que je pensais. Lorsque le travail corrigé nous a été rendu le lendemain, le professeur ne m'a pas seulement rendu la feuille de papier, mais aussi un grand sourire.
En effet, elle portait une excellente note, avec la mention : "Ce rebelle sait choisir ses mots et les écrire avec une grammaire correcte". Lorsque j'ai levé la tête et regardé la professeure dans les yeux, elle a continué à me sourire.
**Conclusion de mon récit :
Quel que soit le système éducatif auquel vous serez confronté, suivez toujours votre cœur, même si cela est "normalement" considéré comme incivilisé et rebelle. Les personnes qui comprennent ce qui se passe vous répondront toujours par un sourire et leur soutien. Que peut-on souhaiter de plus !
Das Diktat
In der europaeischen Schule versteht man unter Diktat einen Text, der zur Überprüfung der Orthographiekenntnisse vorgelesen wird, also eine Nachschrift von etwas Gesprochenem.
Diktate empfand ich als unnötige lahme Zeitverschwender. Ich erinnere mich jedoch an ein sehr spezielles Diktat im Deutschkurs.
Ich hab jenes mal einfach geschrieben was mir gerade in den Sinn kam. Meine kleine Geschichte über was ich eher machen könnte als diesem Zeitverschwender zu folgen. Alles aus Langeweile zuzuhören (aber auch weil ich schon damals ein rebell war), in vollem Bewusstsein, dass ich danach meinen Eltern eine Null-Arbeit erklären würde ...
Doch es kam anders, als ich dachte. Als am nächsten Tag die korrigierte Arbeit an uns zurückgegeben wurde, gab mir die Lehrerin nicht nur das Blatt Papier zurück, sondern auch ein dickes fettes Lächeln.
Ha, darauf stand eine Bestnote, mit der Notiz: Dieser Rebell weiss seine Worte zu wählen und sie in korrekter Grammatik aufzuschreiben. Als ich den Kopf erhob und der Lehrerin in die Augen schaute, hat sie mich weiterhin nur angelächelt.
Lange Rede kurzer Sinn - Konklusion meiner Geschichte:
Mit welchem Erziehungssytem ihr auch immer konfrontiert sein werdet, folgt immer eurem Herzen, auch wenn dies "normalerweise" als unzivilisiert und rebellisch Angesehen wird. Die Menschen, die verstehen was "abgeht" werden dir immer mit einem Lächeln und ihrer Unterstützung antworten. Was können wir uns mehr wünschen als das?!?
