Mi muy apreciada comunidad de Hive Open Mic, en esta semana 137 la temática seleccionada por nuestro reciente Artista Destacado, @jaydr, es Healing. El significado en castellano de esta palabra es cicatrización, curación, sanación.
Comúnmente relacionamos estas palabras con patologías y heridas físicas, pero también en nuestros sentimientos y emociones, en nuestro corazón o alma puede haber heridas, las que son más difíciles de detectar, de sanar y de cicatrizar.
La canción que traigo hoy para participar es "The One That You Love" , del talentosísimo dueto australiano de soft rock "Air Supply". La canción se centra en dos corazones enamorados heridos por la separación inminente, en la última noche que pasan juntos uno le suplica al otro que estén juntos sólo un día más, pero el día transcurre demasiado rápido y, al llegar la mañana siguiente, el ruego cambia a "dime que podemos permanecer juntos" (Tell me we can stay, oh, please), y es que la compañía mutua,la unión, es lo único que puede sanar dos corazones heridos.

My much appreciated Hive Open Mic community, this week 137 the theme selected by our recent Featured Artist, @jaydr is "Healing".
The song that I bring to participate today is "The One That You Love", by the extremely talented Australian soft rock duo "Air Supply". The song focuses on two hearts in love wounded by the imminent separation, on the last night they spend together one begs the other to be together for just one more day, but the day goes by too fast and, when the next morning arrives, the beg it changes to "tell me that we can stay together" (Tell me we can stay, oh, please), and it is that mutual company, union, is the only thing that can heal two wounded hearts.
