I Tried the MURPH WORKOUT - Is it Real THE MURPH CHALLENGE (Insane Military Workut)


The Murph Challenge! Did you know what is the Murph Workout? Today i tried it and i want to show you my results.

The Murph was named after Navy SEAL Lt. Michael P. Murphy was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. In fact, the Murph was the favorite workout of Lt. Murphy.

The Murph Challenge consists in:
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run

You can split the pull ups, push ups and squats randomly in how many series you want, but you have to do 1 mile run at the beginning and at the end of the workout.

I'm not trained for endurance workouts, but today i want to show you my time! Keep in mind that the world record is made by a woman, with a time of 15 minutes! Can you imagine? Only 15 minutes!

This workout is insane! If you want something extreme, you have to try it!
