A few days ago my compadre who works in an animal feed manufacturing company wrote me that he needed a qualified and reliable mechanic to service the machinery of the company where he works.
The first thing he tells me and that is normal to service a company is to have the papers up to date to invoice and the second thing that caused me noise is that the equipment is modern and needed computerized diagnosis because the company that was providing service could not with the failure of one of the teams.
Picture with a friend who has the papers in order and associated me with him to work in that company, to go to make the first visit to see how many teams are and what faults have asked us at once to evaluate the failure and pass the first quote as they urgently need the active equipment.
When I saw the New Holland retro excavator, it is a very modern equipment with sensors as well as the cars and the injectors, which was my first doubt, they are electronic, according to the fault that they told me it presented was a lot of black smoke and soot in excess, I thought it was a damaged injector which was open and did not control the flow of diesel to the engine.
Before starting the equipment I checked the engine oil and it was in perfect condition, that is, it had no diesel, we continued checking where we began to evaluate the turbo compressor as we did not hear the typical sound it makes when working.
Indeed after the after cooler did not feel the air flow but before this if there was what threw us that the fault is that the after cooler is clogged by poor service to the air filters and as in the company the raw material that move these teams is a very fine dust sneaks more through the filters.
We also discovered an oil leak from the hydraulic system in the cooling system which we must attack, it was also noted that the steering terminals are in poor condition have a lot of play.
This is only in this equipment, the next equipment is a Caterpillar 926E pay loader, this equipment is older is analog and the first fault is in the alternator that is not working properly and discharges the battery, we also evaluated the diesel purge system in the manual pump system there is loss of diesel and the diaphragm of the injection pump also presents failure, the fault is that only lasts ten to twenty minutes in operation because the diaphragm sucks air into the fuel system until it shuts down.
We are already passing the quotation to go to attend the failures and to be able to show you the progress of this equipment.

Queridos amigos días sin publicar contenido por aquí, he estado full de diligencias más no de trabajo 🤣 así que aprovecho este rato disponible para ponerme al día.
Hace unos días me escribe mi compadre quien trabaja en una empresa de fabricación de alimento para animales que necesitaba un mecánico calificado y de confianza para hacer servicio a la maquinarias de la empresa donde el labora.
Lo primero que me dice y que es lo normal para prestas servicio a una empresa es tener los papeles al día para poder facturar y lo segundo y que me causo ruido es que los equipos son modernos y necesitaban diagnóstico computarizado ya que la empresa que estaba prestando servicio no pudo con la falla de uno de los equipos.
Cuadro con un amigo que tiene los papeles en regla y me asoció con el para trabajar en dicha empresa, al ir a realizar la primera visita a ver cuántos equipos son y que fallas tienen nos piden de una vez que evaluemos la falla y pasemos la primera cotización ya que les urge el equipo activo.
Al ver la retro excavadora Marca New Holland de verdad que es un equipo bastante moderno con sensores así como los autos y los inyectores que fue mi primera duda son electrónicos, según la falla que me decían que presentaba era mucho humo negro y hollín en exceso, pensé que era un inyector dañado el cual estaba abierto y no controlaba el flujo de diesel al motor.
Antes de encender el equipo reviso el aceite del motor y estaba en perfecto estado, es decir, no tenía diesel, seguimos revisando dónde empezamos a evaluar el turbo compresor ya que no escuchábamos el típico sonido que hace al trabajar.
En efecto luego del after cooler no se sentía el flujo de aire pero antes de este si había lo que nos arrojo que la falla es que el after cooler está tapado por mal servicio a los filtros de aire y como en la empresa la materia prima que mueven estos equipos es un polvo muy fino se cuela más por los filtros.
También descubrimos una fuga de aceite del sistema hidráulico en el sistema de refrigeración la que debemos atacar, también se notó que los terminales de dirección están en mal estado tienen mucho juego.
Eso solo en este equipo, en siguiente equipo es un pay loader Caterpillar 926E, este equipo es más viejo es analógico y la primera falla está en el alternador que no está funcionando correctamente y descarga la batería, también se evaluó el sistema de purga del diesel en el sistema del bombín Manual hay perdida de diesel y el diafragma de la bomba de inyección también presenta falla, la falla es que solo dura de diez a veinte minutos en operación porque por el diafragma chupa aire al sistema de combustible hasta que se apaga.
Ya estamos pasando la cotización para ir a atender las fallas y poder mostrarle los avances de estos equipos.
