Por otro lado para preparar las tortitas de carne, en una paila coloqué ajo finamente picado, ají cilantro, añadí la carne molida, sazoné con adobo y sal, agregue un poco de harina de trigo; dividí en pequeñas porciones, hice las tortitas aplanando finamente y cociné en una sartén engrasada con aceite volteando por ambos lados
