Hoy vengo a compartirles una reseña un tanto diferente en el sentido de que esta vez los productos que probé fueron preparados nada y más y nada menos que por el Hiver @mvl2304, quien aún no se aventura a compartirnos sus recetas y eso me hace creer que debo de comenzar a ser más insistente (ja, ja, ja). Hace un par de días atrás Migue realizó un concurso a través de Twitter con apoyo de la cuenta de Hive en Español y que tendría tres premios: el primer y segundo lugar se ganarían un Pan de Jamón y el tercer lugar se ganaría un Ponche Crema. Y bueno, adivinen quien se ganó el primer lugar...¡sí, la misma chica que redacta esta publicación!

El Viernes pasado acordé con Migue que buscaría el premio y apenas llegando a casa no me aguanté y corté una porción del pan. Yo amo el Pan de Jamón, pero soy un poco quisquillosa con esto pues no todo mundo sabe preparar un buen Pan de Jamón pero la noticia aquí es que Migue lo logra. La masa del pan estaba suavecita, esponjosa y no era demasiado gruesa, esto es algo que a veces critico un poco pues, aunque no lo crean, he llegado a probar panes cuya masa es un poco densa. Por otro lado, el relleno de este pan estaba en su justa medida, ni más ni menos, y les confieso que después de nuestra polémica en Twitter sobre si al Pan de Jamón se le sacaban las aceitunas o no, esta vez preferí dejarlas. Es que me gustó tanto este pan preparado por Migue que realmente te me hacía todo un pecado retirarle las aceitunas a mi porción.

Today I come to share with you a somewhat different review in the sense that this time the products I tried were prepared by none other than Hiver @mvl2304, who has not yet ventured to share his recipes with us and that makes me believe that I should start being more insistent (ha, ha, ha, ha). A couple of days ago Migue held a contest through Twitter with the support of the Hive en Español account and that would have three prizes: first and second place would win a Pan de Jamón and third place would win a Ponche Crema. And well, guess who won first place...yes, the same girl who writes this post!

Last Friday I agreed with Migue that I would look for the prize and as soon as I got home I couldn't resist and cut a slice of the bread. I love Pan de Jamón, but I'm a little picky about this because not everyone knows how to prepare a good Pan de Jamón, but the news here is that Migue does it. The dough of the bread was soft, fluffy and not too thick, this is something I sometimes criticize a little because, believe it or not, I have tasted breads whose dough is a little dense. On the other hand, the filling of this bread was just right, no more and no less, and I confess that after our controversy on Twitter about whether to take the olives out of the Pan de Jamón or not, this time I preferred to leave them in. I really liked this bread prepared by Migue so much that it was a sin to remove the olives from my portion.

También tuve la oportunidad de probar el Ponche Crema preparado por Migue, siendo este un regalo del buen amigo @bertrayo. Y, ¿qué puedo decirles? Este ha sido el mejor Ponche Crema que he probado en mucho tiempo. El sabor estaba potente y además, sí mi paladar no se equivoca, detecté un ligero sabor a Dulce de Leche.

No quería dejar pasar la oportunidad de realizar esta breve reseña, pues creo que no está demás dar a conocer los emprendimientos de los Hivers talentosos que acen vida en nuestra plataforma. Así que ya saben, sí se encuentran en la ciudad de Caracas, Venezuela y quieren para probar un buen Pan de Jamón y deleitar al paladar con un excelente Ponche Crema, están a tiempo de contactar a Migue. El plus es que tengo entendido que también acepta pagos en HBD y Hive, así que ¿qué están esperando? ¡Pa'luego es tarde!

I also had the opportunity to try the Ponche Crema prepared by Migue, this being a gift from my good friend @bertrayo. And, what can I tell you? This was the best Ponche Crema I have tasted in a long time. The flavor was powerful and also, if my palate is not wrong, I detected a slight Dulce de Leche flavor.
