The recipe that I bring you today are some energy bars, I think they are an excellent option for when you do sports, also at snack time, when you go for a walk, excursion or go on a trip to carry in your bag, this recipe in addition to Delicious, healthy, it is very simple to make and I know you are going to love it.

We begin our preparation step by step
Primeramente debemos picar todas las semillas, podría ser con un cuchillo en una tabla de cocina, yo utilicé la licuadora, puede ser también con un procesador de alimentos, lo importante es picarlas del tamaño que ud desee, yo lo hice bien pequeñas.
First we must chop all the seeds, it could be with a knife on a kitchen board, I used the blender, it can also be with a food processor, the important thing is to chop them to the size you want, I did it very small.
Then we take them to a frying pan to toast them a little, we add first the oat flakes and then the other seeds and we put them over low heat and stir constantly until they are golden and get that crunchy texture.
Then we take them out of the heat and put them in a cup and there we add 2 tablespoons of honey 🍯 and stir until all the ingredients are integrated.
We took a tray and placed a piece of parchment paper on it. Since I didn't have any, I used aluminum foil, which also works, so I put a little olive oil on it so it wouldn't stick. We pour all the preparation and press it with a trowel or spatula until it is very compact.
This way it should be very compact and we put it in the freezer for one or two hours so that it compacts well.
After two hours in the refrigerator, we unmold them and chop them according to our taste.
I used aluminum foil, I think it's better so you can carry it in your purse or bag if you're going out. Let's try to keep them in a cool place or in the refrigerator, I always keep them in the refrigerator and they remain spectacular.
