Hello friends, happy day! I hope you are feeling great and that you had an incredible day. I tell you that today was the day to order dinner at home and taking advantage that Fer had been recommended a place we decided to order to see what their food was like.
The restaurant is called "Urban food" and to order you have to do it through instagram as they have their own website to take the order, I must admit that I loved this as it was super simple to do it and personally I think it is easier and organized.
In my case, I ordered the Urban burger and when a restaurant has a dish with its name, it usually makes me very curious because I think they give it that special touch. In this case, the burger came with fine herbs bread, angus beef, bacon, mozzarella cheese, cheddar, shredded chicken, ham, BBQ sausage and fresh vegetables. As you can see, it was an explosion of flavors and cost $25,000 Colombian pesos ($5.99 USD).
The package was delivered quite normal, in a disposable food holder, I thought it came with french fries but after checking well they should be ordered as additional, however, the burger was delicious, it had a spectacular flavor, from the sausages in BBQ sauce to the angus beef, honestly it entered the list of my favorite burgers. I liked the combination of both cheeses because usually the cheddar usually makes me go gooey very quickly and the mozzarella was the perfect contrast so that didn't happen, the thickness of the meat was perfect and quite juicy so, another point in my favor.

Hola amigos, feliz día! Espero que se encuentren super bien y que hayan tenido un día increíble. Les cuento que hoy fue día de pedir cena por domicilio y aprovechando que a Fer le habían recomendado un lugar decidimos pedir a ver qué tal era su comida.
El restaurante se llama “Urban food” y para pedir tienes que hacerlo por medio de instagram ya que ellos cuentan con su propia página web para tomar la orden, debo admitir que esto me encantó ya que fue super sencillo hacerlo y en lo personal considero que es más fácil y organizado.
En mi caso pedí la Urban burguer y es Que cuando un restaurante tiene un platillo con su nombre suele darme mucha curiosidad ya que pienso le ponen ese toque especial. En este caso, la hamburguesa venía con pan finas hierbas, carne angus, tocineta, queso mozzarella, cheddar, pollo desmechado, jamón, chorizos bañados en BBQ y vegetales frescos. Como pueden ver, toda una explosión de sabores y tuvo un valor de $25.000 pesos Colombianos ($5.99 Dólares)
El paquete lo entregaron bastante normal, en porta comida desechable, pensé que venía con papitas fritas pero luego de revisar bien se debían pedir como adicional, sin embargo, la hamburguesa estaba deliciosa, tenía un sabor espectacular, desde los chorizos en salsa BBQ hasta la carne angus, sinceramente entró en la lista de mis hamburguesas favoritas. La combinación de ambos quesos me gustó ya que por lo general el cheddar suele empalagarme muy rápido y el mozzarella fue el contraste perfecto para que eso no pasara, el grosor de la carne estaba en su punto perfecto y bastante jugosa así que, otro punto a favor.
Sin duda, quedé enamorada de esta opción, cada sabor se complementaba bastante bien así que “Urban food” quedará en nuestra lista de buenas opciones para pecar. Sin más, espero que hayan tenido un lindo día amigos, por aquí les dejo algunas fotos para antojarlos un poco. Un abrazo ❤️
