Sandwich Story Time
Once upon a time it was far too long i haven't tortured you with some deliciousness... so here we go. π
Yesterday I baked a bread for the sole reason that a friend gave me a homemade "pΓ’te de tΓͺte de cochons" (pork head pΓ’tΓ©). What better to do with it than a sandwich!
The How2 of getting some Slowfood going
Lucky us, we had some Appenzeller Cheese left from the other day where our Fondue Season already started like three months in advance. It is so rainy and cold here lately, that our response to it was to take the positive side out of this fecking summer. And the rest of it makes it mostly into two slices of bread. Hehehe!
Now for the simple procedure to get you a yummy sandwich: Slice the bread, spread some mustard on it and top with homemade pickles, the famous Swiss Cheese and the most delicious pΓ’tΓ© i had in years... VoilΓ , VoilΓ !
About the Bread
It was made after the recipe of my dear friend @lizelle, who addicted me to her awesome way of baking fluffy delights. This time i just added some poppy seeds all in and over it.
