Position your hands shoulder-width apart on a secured bench or stable chair.
Slide your butt off the front of the bench together with your legs extended go into front of you.
Straighten your arms, keeping a touch bend in your elbows to stay tension on your striated muscle and off your elbow joints.
Slowly bend your elbows to lower your body toward the ground till your elbows ar at a few 90-degree angle. make certain to stay your back on the brink of the bench.
Once you reach the lowest of the movement, move into the bench to straighten your elbows, returning to the beginning position. This completes one rep.
Keep your shoulders down as you lower and lift your body. you'll bend your legs to switch this exercise.
