Today we'll be making a delicious Vegan Ramen Noodle Soup!It's quick healthy and delicious!So lets get started.
What you'll need.
- Brown Rice Ramen
- Filtered Water
- Miso Paste
- Any Hot Sauce you'd like to make it spicy
- Mushrooms
- Worchester sauce
- Soy Sauce
- Kale
- Carrots
- Broccoli
- Bread Cabbage
- Black sesame seeds
- Sea weed
Stage 1.
You're going to want to marinate you mushrooms.This is going to be our meat substitute so you're going to take your soy sauce and worchester sauce and let it marinate for around 10 minutes.We'll be cooking these later in a skillet.
Stage 2.
Add your miso sauce to warm water and stir until dissolved and liquidfied.
Stage 3.
Grab a skillet add some olive oil on medium heat and cook saute your mushrooms for about 3 minutes until brown and tender.
Stage 4.
During the time the mushrooms are cooking,take your brown rice noodles and allow to cook in boiling water for about 2 minutes.
Stage.5
Now our noodles and mushrooms are cooked we're ready to add our noodles to a bowl along with our miso sauce.Mix with noodles thoroughly until it becomes a soup.
Stage 6.
Final stage is adding our lovely vegatables.I add mine raw as they'll gradually heated by the liquid which will allow them to become a little tender while maintaining that crunch :P Once you've mixed it all up add your hot sauce sit back relax and enjoy your amazing Ramen Noodle Bowl.
