7 foods to ensure you are calm and stress-free

If you are dealing with stress or anxiety, sometimes we think that nothing can cut the road and sometimes it is easy to comfort yourself with food. Stop if you think chips or freezing will be good as an outlet for your tense feelings. Try to eat the foods that help to get the stress in your brain. There are minerals and vitamins in your brain that trigger the release of neurotransmitters that make you feel happy and these are the foods you can easily reach. Serotonin-releasing magnesium and tryptophan and mood-enhancing omega-3s and B vitamins help you get better mood and less stress. Oatmeal is a wonderful food because its high tryptophan levels stimulate calm feelings. Especially if you are defeated before going to bed, it will help you sleep more comfortably. To make things even better, oatmeal contains a lot of B6 and magnesium and is a very relaxing food. Add some flaxseeds for omega-3s and make yourself a bowl of tranquilizer.
