How we are not taking care of our eyes!

Eyes are our stairway to heaven, you could feel the wind, smell the air, hear the whooping of trees but you with no offense all the other times you'd look retard. I have seen people who doesn't have eyes are differently places, one distinct feature would be a forwardly displaced head, trying to use the sense of smell. I love a girl, I love my mom, I love my life but more than anything else I love my eyes. Today I went to my eye doctor for a check up and learnt the following things that we're not doing right.

BUY SPECTACLES IF YOU HAVE POWER

Do not make faces while view something, it seems like someone is looking at pig sex. Some older people who refuse to wear spectacles look like they are giving a sarcastic proud comment.

There is one other eye sight defect which is easily ignored after myopia (nearsightedness) and hypermetropia (farsightedness), i.e. cylindrical power.

This condition of the eye is astigmatism. It is also responsible for giving us nausea, they extreme urge to vomit without any stomach discomfort. A cylindrical lens is a lens which focuses light into a line instead of a point, as a spherical lens would. Keep them cool


We take care of our skin by a bath, use ear buds, clip our nose but forget to tender our eyes. They too need the coolness of cucumber and occasional splash of cool rose water. Sunglasses are termed as "sun"glasses for a reason, USE THEM.

Get them checked every 6 months

There was a rule about dental health that I'd learnt in higher secondary, change your tooth brush every six weeks and visit a dentist every six months, and weekly floss too. Eyes should also be shown and consulted with a specialist.

Another healthy and most important of the article is, do not use laptops and cell phones while lying down, it does more harm to our eyes than dust.

One must also rest their eyes every ten to fifteen minutes while using PC or a laptop for longer stretches of our.
