Its a big thing to admit this stuff on here. As the daughter of a druggy father, I've suffered with severe depression since 7th grade and have been taking meds ever since. Everyday is a struggle and its all about perspective. What helps me is faith and remembering how i feel on the good days. You have (soon to be) two beautiful babies, I'm confident you will make yourself proud and be the father you want to be for them. Ill be praying for you!
