A Hearty Blender Shake for Strength

Here's a shake that will deliver roughly 1000 calories and lots of protein in clean whole foods:

1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1 cup oats
1 cup yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1 cup whole milk
2 eggs*

*If you are feel uneasy about eating raw eggs, substitute 2 tablespoons of peanut butter for similar calorie/protein content.
