First day attempt

I am officially on my first day of the “no rice” diet not only to reduce weight but to take care of my health. My father has a diabetis which he got from his mother and I don’t want to have it too. So I am cutting down my carbs by eating anything I like but no rice, potato, sweet potato, cakes, sugary drinks and bread. I also got a nice tip from a friend to eat pork without the fat, chicken without its skin and lean beef.mnand DON’T STARVE yourself. So I would like to try and I hope I can last a week without rice. Haha! Wish me luck!
