Do not Be Fooled, Plastic Containers Not Safe for Microwaves

DO NOT trust any plastic container labeled "microwave-safe". Because not all plastic containers are safe to use in microwave. Why?

Plastic is not actually a heat resistant material. much of the plastic material actually melts when exposed to excessive heat and this is what to watch out for.

Even if there is a plastic food container labeled "microwafe-save". Make sure that the plastic container has a thick enough layer to keep it safe.

Another thing if the plastic container is thin. Believe me, the container is very unsafe to use even if marked with the label "microwave-safe".

Many studies prove, plastic containers can remove bisephnol A (BPA) compounds that can be mixed in the food when heated. BPA exposure in small doses is considered dangerous.

BPA compounds as well as toxins that impact on the destruction of body tissues. Not only that, BPA can also damage the environment.

The use of thin plastic containers is only recommended for single use. because, these materials include vulnerable if exposed to fatty foods and fat residue will not be completely clean even if it was washed.

The right choice would be the thick glass container and marked "food grade" label. these containers tend to be safe to store until heating food in a microwave or oven once.
