3 popular fitness myths

Each of us are different but there's some common things that bring us together. People talk about benefits and disadvantages of fitness and every year those discussions changes and repeats.

Here are 3 the most popular fitness myths which are discussed over and over again but it's good to repeat it and bring out again.

Myth No.1.
Crunches are the key to flat abs.
-Crunches aren't the best way to slim your midsection. It's important to take balanced nutrition. Other exercises like planks and bridges can help too to get flat abs. There's a disadvantage doing crunches because doing those exercises wrong it could put your spine in a painful position.

Myth No.2.
The more you sweat, the more you burn.
-The truth is, no matter how much or little you sweat, it doesn’t always correlate to calories burned or how hard you’re working. Sweat is a biological response that cools your skin and regulates internal body temperature. If you step on scale after a hot yoga class or outdoor run you'll notice you're "lost" some pounds but remember - that's water weight not fat - and that's a temporary loss. When you rehydrate, you'll gain it all back.

Myth No.3.
More gym time is better.
-First of all, going to the gym every day for two or more times a day you could injure yourself or overtrain. Your body needs to recover, it's not a machine with endless power. Take regular breaks, for example, exercise for 2-3 days and then recover for 1 or 2 days. Then start it all over again.
