Yesterday I worked up to 7:30pm even though my contract finishing hours are 5:30.
I went gym after 7:30 pm. I would have felt more energised if I went at 5:30 but I did what I could.
I did the following:
• Overhead Paused press 45 kg x 3. 47.5kg x 2. 50kg x 1. 40kg 2x2.
• Closed grip bench 3x5 @ 50kg
• Trap Bar Deadlift 110kg x 5.
• Chin ups palms facing me 3x3 @ 4kg
• Reverse wood chops 3x8 @ 10kg
• Hammer preacher curls 3x4 @ 10kg
