Hi everyone

Day before yesterday in the gym I did the following:

• Fist Push Ups 5x10.
• Seated Barbell press 3x9 @ 25kg
• Tricep Push Downs 3x10
• Face pulls (from up to down) 3x10
• Box Squat 62.5kg x 7, 3, 4, 4, 3
• Pendlay rows 47.5kg x5, 5, 5, 4, 4, 4, 4.
• Trap Bar shrugs 55kg 4x10.
• Dumbell Hammer curls 3x5 @12kg
• Standing Cable Crunches 3x20 @23kg
