So before I set out to go to work I'm setting my followers a challenge to make atleast 3 smoothies a week this september.I know many of you are already doing 1 a day but the more people we can get on this health routine the better :)
Hopefully some people participate in this.
If you're a health finatic like myself.I also challenge you to have a different color smoothie everyday,so try to mix up the fruits and have a variety!
I'm going to start off with a Mango & Pineapple Smoothie.(Not the macdonalds one :D)
