Waking up in the morning, it feels cold. Looked up at the window, there's morning mist. The leaves from the trees are already falling. It is the moment many are worried about. The changing of weathers.
Soon, snow will fall. A number of people will prefer to stay at home. They will feel the kind of sadness that's common during the change of weather.
I am pertaining about the winter that may cause Seasonal Affective Disorder or SAD. It is a kind of depression which happens often to many people during winter, that's due to less appearance of the sun.
Being in tropical country, there is no winter. But the changing of weather has its effect to. Especially when the skies become gloomy or when it is raining. It is something many people doesn't talk about. But such people needs our comfort.
