Bibingka (Rice Cake)

A type of rice cake from my country, Philippines! It is usually eaten for breakfast esp.during Christmas season (-ber months) It is made with ground rice, coconut milk and eggs. They are traditionally cooked in clay pots lined with banana leaves. Yummy!
