We choose out which food is really good and helpfully for the sports we do,

Rezept Blaubeerporridge:
-3EL Haferflocken
-4EL Blaubeeren
-250ml Hafermilch
-Prise Zimt
-Prise Muskatnuß
Zusammen langsam 10 minuten köcheln lassen.
Bei Bedarf noch etwas Hafermilch zugeben.
Garnitur:
-1 Banane
-1 EL Gerösteter Buchweizen
-Ein paar frische Himbeeren
-Cashewkerne
-2 rohe Kakaobohnen
-1/2 Apfel
Blue Berry porridge recipe:
-3 TBSP Oatmeal
-4 TBSP Blueberries - 250ml oat milk
-pinch of cinnamon
-pinch of nutmeg
Mix it Together slowly 10 minutes simmer.
When needed is still being slightly oatmeal milk to admit.
Set:
-1 banana
-1 TBSP of roasted Buckweat
-A few fresh raspberries
-cashews
-2 raw cocoa bean
-1 / 2 Apple
