um Leistungsfähig zu sein und um mit den Ansprüchen und Erwartungen der heutigen Gesellschaft besser umzugehen
braucht unser Körper neben dem Sport natürlich auch Kraftnahrung.

Wir achten dabei darauf, dass unsere Speisen alle nötigen Nährstoffe enthalten,
so klappts auch mit der Welle...!

its important to give our bodys healthy food, because only training cant work.

We choose out which food is really good and helpfully for the sports we do,
than you have enough energy to ride the wave eeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaasy.


Rezept Blaubeerporridge:


-3EL Haferflocken
-4EL Blaubeeren
-250ml Hafermilch
-Prise Zimt
-Prise Muskatnuß


Zusammen langsam 10 minuten köcheln lassen.
Bei Bedarf noch etwas Hafermilch zugeben.


Garnitur:


-1 Banane
-1 EL Gerösteter Buchweizen
-Ein paar frische Himbeeren
-Cashewkerne
-2 rohe Kakaobohnen
-1/2 Apfel


Blue Berry porridge recipe:


-3 TBSP Oatmeal
-4 TBSP Blueberries - 250ml oat milk
-pinch of cinnamon
-pinch of nutmeg


Mix it Together slowly 10 minutes simmer.
When needed is still being slightly oatmeal milk to admit.


Set:


-1 banana
-1 TBSP of roasted Buckweat
-A few fresh raspberries
-cashews
-2 raw cocoa bean
-1 / 2 Apple
