Asparagus in butter dough.

Before serving the turkey yesterday, my wife served this delicious appetizer. This recipe is just a suggestion, you can vary with your favorite ingredients. It is easy to make and also perfect to serve as breakfast.

In short terms - this is how it is done. To hold it together we preferred to use a muffins form. First you shape the butter dough in the form (see picture below), then add feta cheese, chopped asparagus. Pour over whipped eggs(containing salt,pepper and nutmeg). Put it in oven for 20minutes on 200 degrees. Sprinkle over chives before serving.
