Sardine Wrap

I'm not certain if this is in any way original, at least for me? To start off I was looking for a can of tuna in my pantry, oh, looks like I'm all out! so, I saw a sardine in a jar!

So to start off, I prepared my sauce, I like the sour taste so I used dijon mustard mixed with greek yogurt and a little bit of salt and pepper. Then spread it on the wheat tortilla, scatter some slice of cucumber, onion and spinach (Yes, i was looking for a lettuce or cabbage but I got's none as of the moment), just a little celery then topped with sardines all over, added more pepper and crushed chili flakes for my liking, then last to add more taste and color, cheddar cheese.

Then placed it in the oven for 10 minutes while I cooked a frozen supermarket hash browns as a side dish with dijon mustard + greek yogurt again for the dip. I'm not sure if there is a proper name for a dijon mustard + greek yogurt, anyone?
