ingredients
-sweet potato noodles
-onion
-salt
-eggs
-garlic
-sesame oil
-fresh ginger
-olive oil
-broccoli
-cauliflower
-green beans
-radish
-red pepper
-parsley
-tabasco
-fresh cilantro
-sesame (black)
-soy sauce
method
-Slice onion, fresh ginger, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, radish and red pepper and stir fry all only for 1 minute
-Add sesame oil and soy sauce and stir well
-Cook the sweet potato noodles according to packet instructions
-Fry the eggs
-Serve the noodles with slices of fresh cilantro and parsley, drizzle with sesame, olive oil, soy sauce and tabasco
-Add the egg on top
-Add sea salt and sesame (if you want)
