Hapa Food Truck

Over the weekend I attended the Road Jam Music Festival at Two Roads Brewing Company. There was great music, loads of beer, awesome food trucks and plenty of friends. Here’s a photo of the Korean Short Rib Tacos I got from Hapa Food Truck. Hapa is a truck serving up food with a Pacific Island flair. These tacos contain braised beef short-rib covered in a house aioli and topped with a purple sesame slaw. They were nice and spicy, and they tasted just as good as they look!
