Here is a yeast bread dough w white flour and rye flour.
It is rolled w a cinnamon, maple syrup, goat cheese and cashew filling w 90% dark chocolate and organic dark chocolate chips.
They rose nicely and we topped w some cashew and goat cheese cream.
