Vegetarian Lunch ๐
Lunch is part of the energy we have to consume to continue active during our workday and / or daily staff, this time a recipe is presented for people who do not eat any meat and its derivatives, as well as for people that due to the difficult economic situation that is happening each of the Venezuelans that money is not enough to buy some protein.
Ingredients
*For croquettes *
lentils 1/2 kg
Breadcrumbs (quantity needed)
Onion 1
Chilli 7
Chives, Cilantro and Parsley (amount needed)
Salad
Avocado 2
White cabbage 1/2 unit
Purple cabbage 1/2 unit
Vainitas 250gr
(Salt, pepper and mustard to taste)
Preparation </ center>
- For croquettes *: In a pressure cooker, place the 1/2 kg of lentils and boil until soft, while this process occurs, cut the onion, chilli, chives, cilantro and parsley into very small pieces and add them to a bowl, then when the grains are quite soft mix all the ingredients in the bowl including the breadcrumbs, forming a kind of dough with it (add a touch of salt and pepper to taste).
Then a pan is placed to preheat to cook our croquettes, small balls are formed and then shape hamburgers.
- For the Salad *: Cut all the ingredients into cubes and add them to a salad bowl and mix, add pepper salt and mustard to taste.
