Spaghetti (chaumin)

First, we need to boil the spaghetti in high flame for a good 6 minutes. After that, we need to rinse it to get rid of the smell. While the spaghetti was boiling at that time, we can cut the veggies. For me put the veggies which I like cabbage, onion, soaked chickpeas and peas. In short, we can put the veggies we like. And in a pan put some oil and put all the veggies. After that put spaghetti, soy sauce, chili powder, ketchup, siracha, and chaumin masala, give it a good stir and its ready to serve

Rice Pudding (khir)

For rice pudding, we need 2cups of milk, ½ cup pf rice, cashews, dry coconut, and sugar.
First, in a pot pour the milk and let it boil flame should be in high. After its boiled, lower the flame to medium put the rice and stir. When the rice is fully cooked, put some cashews, dry coconut and sugar. Then stir it well. After that let it cook for few more minutes and it is ready to serve.
