Hi, this is my daily meal example as part of the #Dukan diet:
A grilled defatted pork belly steak with Italian spices,
A mixture of yellow peppers, onions and fennel cooked over low heat,
A piece of pancake made from egg white, oat bran and wheat bran.
It is a meal extremely low in lipids and carbohydrates, rich in proteins and dietary fibers.
Perfect for #Dukan diet.
