Yup, I’m alive and kicking , cooking up multiple storms a week. This week I popped into the work place and caught a nice view of the flowers. 
There have been some new additions to the living room.

Food wise, children’s day came and that is usually celebrated with sushi. I prefer maki sushi (Just Veges and rice). 
Finally , this week we heard of the passing of Millie Small. She left on indelible mark on Jamaican music. Let’s remember one of her greatest contribution to the Jamaican music catalogue.
