Salted tomatoes stuffed with garlic

We all know tomatoes are sweet, juicy, tasty and nutritious foods. Due to the presence of vitamin C in tomatoes, it is a low calorie and low fat substance.

Ingredients


  • 1½ liters of water;
  • 6 tablespoons of sugar without a slide;
  • 1½ – 2 tablespoons of salt with a small slide;
  • 1½ – 2 kg of tomatoes;
  • a handful of garlic cloves (1-2 cloves are needed for each tomato).

Cooking



Boil water, dissolve sugar and salt in it, and cool completely. In the meantime, remove with a sharp knife from all the tomatoes the part where the peduncle was.

Cut each clove of garlic into several pieces and stuff the vegetables at the cut point. Put the tomatoes in a jar and cover with cold pickle.
