Today's dinner^^ In Tokyo.
Main dish is eggplant craft cooking and Tachiuo sashimi.
This was a crafted of Japanese dish. Put the walnuts, avocado and Miso on the cooked eggplant.
This kind of eggplant is valued and expensive a little than normal one.
Taste is full-bodied and dense impact. Do you wanna try it?

Tachiuo means Largehead hairtail in English.
This is of course from Tsukiji as usual.
Cutting and organising, it became tasty looking sashimi.
Today’s dinner was like this. I enjoyed them very much this evening too^^
I feel summer from tasting eggplant and transparent Largehead hair tail.

今日の夕食のメインディッシュは太刀魚の刺身とベーナスの創作料理でした。
太刀魚は築地市場からものです。
ベーナスの創作料理は調理したベー茄子の上に胡桃、味噌、アボカドを乗っけたもので濃厚でとても美味しかったです。
なんだか夏を感じました^^
