Hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes un gran momento de disfrute en mi curso de Panadería, este fue el momento final donde todos debiamos llevar algo y exponer que hicimos, debiamos hacer algo diferente a lo visto en clase, esta sería nuestra evaluación final y nuestra graduación del curso de Panadería de vanguardia.
En realidad disfrute mucho este curso pues i puedo decir que aprendí a realizar panes y esto es algo fabuloso, todo lo que podamos aprender siempre vale la pena, pero debo decir que no soy amante de hacer panes, en realidad descubrí que esto no es lo mio, me gusta hacer más postres que panes sin lugar a dudas.
Today I come to share with you a great moment of enjoyment in my Bakery course, this was the final moment where we all had to bring something and expose what we did, we had to do something different from what we had seen in class, this would be our final evaluation and our graduation from the course of vanguard Bakery.
I really enjoyed this course because I can say that I learned to make breads and this is something fabulous, everything we can learn is always worth it, but I must say that I am not a lover of making breads, actually I discovered that this is not my thing, I like to make more desserts than breads without a doubt.
En nuestra exposición hubieron muchas personas llenas de talento, el cual lo demostraron de una excelente manera con cada una de sus participaciones, aquí estuvimos unidos los grupos de postres y de panadería para que ambos probaremos lo que todos hicimos, por ello pueden ver postres en estas fotografías
En los postres me impresionó mucho que la profesora les pidió que tuviera 5 sabores y textura y uno de los sabores que debía tener era picante, waoo primera vez que pruebo estas tortas con picante, y realmente hubo una que se paso de lo picante, aunque tome agua y probé otros dulces ese picante aun persistía, era muy fuerte.

In the desserts I was very impressed that the teacher asked them to have 5 flavors and texture and one of the flavors that had to have was spicy, waoo first time I try these cakes with spicy, and there really was one that was too spicy, although I drank water and tried other sweets that spicy still persisted, it was very strong.

Entre los panes habían panes de avena, panes rellenos de guiso, de pasas, queso crema y mermeladas, fueron una explosión de sabor entre tantos panes con diversidad, cada quien fue exponiendo lo que hizo y los problemas que presentaron al momento de realizar los panes, creo que a la mayoría algo nos pasó.
También habían cachitos, rellenos también de salchichas y hasta diablito, todo se pusieron creativos y realizaron diversidad de panes, hubieron personas que le agregaron color también a sus panes pero no tome esas fotografías, lo bueno fue que todos pudimos probar de todo fueron dos días donde engordamos un poco entre dulces y panes.

Llego mi momento de exponer mis panes de Tunjas, hice algo sencillo, la receta se las compartí hace algunos días atrás, la complicación que tuve fue que no me levantaba en prefermento al parecer la levadura ya estaba dañada, pero bueno son gajes del oficio y más cuando uno va a presentar algo, siempre pasa algo.
Pero expuse y pase mi prueba, realmente agradecida con la profesora quien es una profesional en lo que hace y sienpre esta pendiente de darnos esos tips que nos hacen falta, por ejemplo yo.no sabia que sinla levadura estaba dañada entonces podemos activar con bicarbonato, ella lo había dicho en clase y a mi se me había olvidado por completo.

But I exposed and passed my test, really grateful to the teacher who is a professional in what she does and is always ready to give us those tips that we need, for example I did not know that if the yeast was damaged then we can activate with baking soda, she had said it in class and I had completely forgotten.

Mis compañeros también fueron aprobados, realmente fue una experiencia maravillosa poder realizar y aprender a hacer diferentes tipos de panes tanto dulces como saltos, además fue una gran experiencia poder probar y ver la calidad de los dulces que se hicieron en el curso de postres, ahora vamos a otra meta a seguir aprendiendo cosas nuevas.
My classmates were also approved, it was really a wonderful experience to be able to make and learn to make different types of breads both sweet and savory, it was also a great experience to taste and see the quality of the sweets that were made in the dessert course, now we go to another goal to continue learning new things.
