  • 1 large and ripe pineapple
  • 750 grams of sugar
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of butter to spread the mold

To decorate:

  • Pieces of pineapple, strawberries, blackberries, etc.

  1. We peel the pineapple and liquefy it to extract the juice, we strain it and we pour it into a fire pot along with the sugar to make the syrup thick.

  2. When the syrup has a ball point, remove it from the heat and let it rest.

  3. Next, we beat the eggs in a bowl, add the flour, the syrup and mix well.

  4. Next, we anoint a mold with the 2 tablespoons of butter, pour the milkshake and cook in the bain marie, in the preheated oven at low temperature for 3 hours.

  1. Unmold, garnish with pieces of pineapple, strawberries, blackberries or any fruit you want.
