  • 1 turkey breast
  • Onion
  • Cebollín
  • Sweet pepper
  • English sauce
  • Salt, Pepper
  • Coconut flakes
  • Thyme

  1. Cut the turkey breast (raw) into small squares, and place in the processor.

  2. Add the chopped scallion into strips

  3. Add the chopped onion in small squares

  4. Then add the chopped sweet pepper as well as the onion

  5. Season with pepper to taste

  6. Incorporate the soy sauce on top, and add a little thyme

  7. We process until a homogeneous mass remains

  8. Separate the mixture in small equal portions, wet the hands and make small spheres.

  9. Then cover with the coconut flakes, and when well covered put on a tray covered with butter, and take to the oven for 15 minutes, until golden brown. We can accompany it with a tomato sauce, or some other sauce of our taste. We can also make them fried if we liked to consume fried foods, but I assure you that in any of the two ways this delicious dish will delight you.
