  1. Heat the water, and add 80 g of butter, the pinch of salt and sugar, when it boils remove from the fire.

  2. Then add the flour and stir quickly to avoid lumps, then without stopping to beat we add one by one the eggs, not adding the following until the previous is not incorporated and let stand for 30 minutes.

  3. Pour the dough into our pastry sleeve and form two threads one larger than the other, on a greased plate (mold). Bake at medium-high temperature about 40 minutes. Then remove from the oven and let cool.

  4. We fuse experience to the Bain-Marie, cover with the remaining butter, and add the cream of milk and sugar and cook for a few minutes until you see the chocolate dissolved completely.

  5. Already cold our doughnuts and ready our mixture for the cover, we continue to cover the bigger thread with the chocolate mixture. We put the small and cover with the remaining mixture. We decorate to our liking.

This rich dessert is very easy to prepare as you have noticed in the preparation, nothing better than the chocolate at the time of the snack and more prepared by ourselves. Try this recipe and I assure you do not want to stop doing it to consume these rich roquillas.
