The first thing to do is the sauce to season the rib. In a blender we introduce the coriander, chives, garlic and paprika, we liquefy everything and leave it in a container.

We take a mold and inside we put the rib of beef, we add salt and pepper to taste, on it we empty the sauce of vegetables that we have liquefied and the soy sauce, we would be as well as the following image

Then mix well all the sauce with the rib and let it rest for about 30 minutes or an hour. This we would see as the following image ....

Next, we introduce the mold with the rib in the oven, preheated at medium temperature, for a time of 1 hour or 1 hour and a half. As you are baking the rib, with a spoon, apply on the rib, the sauce that is at the bottom of the mold

After already past the hour, check if the rib is already golden and soft, if so, we would have ready our beef rib to the oven.

This can be accompanied with rice and a salad of your liking, in this case the salad I have prepared has the following: Cabbage, lettuce, tomato and carrot, all these finely chopped and seasoned with a bit of mayonnaise.
