Ingredients
- 1 full chicken cut into 8 pieces
- 3 Tbls of tandoori masala
- 1tsp salt
- 2 Tbls crushed garlic
- 2 Tbls crushed cumin seeds
- 2 Tbls crushed coriander seeds
- 5 Tbls of maas
Mix all ingredients together overnight .Grill on an open charcoal flame.
Allow to cook for 4-5 minutes on both sides remove from the flame.
After 5 minute good for another 4-5 minutes and the chicken will be done
