Food and Health Awareness - Masala dosa Indian dish

Like Vietnamese pancakes, Masala dosa also has a crispy thin crust. This is a great breakfast that provides enough energy for you until noon and you may want to eat one more time. Depending on the locality, dosa is simply folded or curled.

Here we will show you how to make Masala dosa curl with simple formula offline.
Material:

  • 1.5 cups of rice
  • ½ cup bean
  • Salt
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • ½ teaspoon of peas
  • ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1-2 green peppers
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
    Making:
    Soak the rice and pass for at least 6 hours or soak overnight. Then grind them and mix them together. Add salt and water to make a flour mixture. Store at room temperature overnight.

    Heat the pan with oil, add the flour mixture, thin and evenly coated. Flip two sides. Heat up the oil, put in the mustard, peas, onions and spices.
    Fry for 5 minutes until the onion turns yellowish brown.
    Add the potatoes and chopped onions and chilli and continue to boil.
    Put in the middle of the roll and roll. Eat hot with chili sauce.
