Ingredients:

2 ripe avocados
1/3 cup cocoa
2 tablespooons maple syrup or coconut nectar
1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 cup water
pinch of salt

Steps:

  1. Blend ripe avocados with cocoa, maple syrup or coconut nectar, salt, teaspoon vanilla, and cup coconut water.

  2. Chill for half an hour in fridge before serving. Serve with granola, dried fruit, or cocoa nibs.
