Whole Mind Cooking: Make Your Own Acai Bowl in 5 Minutes!


An açaí bowl, need I say more? Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner, packed with nutrients and so easy to make, it is no wonder these delicious smoothie bowls are so popular!

Time: 5 minutes

Servings: 2-4

Cost: $9.20

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup berries
1 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup almond milk
2 packets frozen açaí
1 serving vanilla protein powder

Steps:

  1. Blend frozen berries, frozen mango, coconut water, almond milk and frozen acai until smooth

  2. Add vanilla protein powder (we use Sunwarrior), a splash of almond milk and blend until like ice cream

Recommended: serve with granola, berries, shredded coconut or almond butter, or anything you can think of!

For added sweetness we recommend honey, stevia, coconut nectar or coconut sugar, maple syrup or maple sugar.
