Whole Mind Cooking: How to Make a Tasty Seasonal Fruit Salad


Nothing quite says refreshing like a fruit salad! We love how easy to prepare and delicious this dish is, especially on a long, hot summer's day.

Time: 8 minutes

Servings: 4-6

Cost: $5.20

Ingredients:

4 fruits of your choice
1/2 cup dried mulberries
2 sprigs roughly chopped fresh mint
1/2 Meyer Lemon

Steps:

  1. Chop 4 fruits into small chunks (we used apples and pears; they made about 3 cups when chopped) and add into a large mixing bowl

  2. Add in dried mulberries and mint

  3. Add in juice of 1/2 Meyer lemon and mix well

  4. Leave to set for 5 minutes before serving

Delicious with yogurt, or as a dessert!
