- Oranges
- Strawberries
- Lettuce
- Kale
- 3 Cups of Coconut Water
The taste is great with strawberry dominating if you finish it right after blendered, if you leave it for some time it will taste bitter. The ingredients according to my research burns fat, so it is a good drink after exercising.
