Healthy Mushrooms with Cheese
Ingredients
- 10 large champignons;
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
- salt - to taste;
- ground pepper - to taste;
- 100 g of cheese - suluguni and mozzarella for pizza are ideal.
Cooking
Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, remove the foot and dry. Sprinkle them with vegetable oil, add salt and pepper, stir and let it soak for about 10 minutes.
Put the mushrooms on the grid, put a piece of cheese in each hat. Bake over charcoal for 15–20 minutes. These champignons are perfect as a side dish for fish or chicken, and as a separate dish.
